PHILOSOPHY
Brampton Minor Football Association (BMFA) House League program is designed
to help young athletes (boys and girls) to play football in an environment
that will develop fundamental football skills, team skills, social skills,
physical fitness and most importantly, to have FUN. As a House League,
it is our belief that every child must and will play on a regular basis.
Maximum participation is the key.

This division is introductory and a less structured full contact tackle program. No weight restrictions will apply. No child can turn 9 before May 31, 2009. Exceptions to this rule will be at the discretion of the League. | |

No weight restrictions will apply. No child can turn 11 before May 31, 2009. Exceptions to this rule will be at the discretion of the League. |

BMFA does not permit individuals to play down (they must play in their
age group).
Exceptions to this rule will be at the discretion of BMFA.
OFA Membership - Covers membership in OFA and the cost of insurance. Mandatory part of playing in any Football league in Ontario. All players are required to pay this fee at the time of registration and fill out a form that gets sent to OFA along with the payment. This must be done prior to the player participating in any BMFA activities.
A refundable ($250) Equipment Deposit will be returned when BMFA receives back issued football equipment. All Equipment to participate in Full Contact Football is supplied except cleats (shoes). All players MUST wear BMFA supplied equipment. Refunds will be subject to a $100.00 administration charge.
NO HEAD GEAR (eg. Bandanas, Scarves, Wraps, etc.) WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE WORN UNDER HELMETS except in the fall when cold weather gear that has been approved for warmth will be permitted. Tinted, smoked and mirrored visors will NOT be permited.
Refunds will be subject to a $100.00 administration charge. NO Refunds will be issued after April 1, 2009.
